The hotel's service-minded staff take pride in offering excellent service. The room was bright, good-sized, and had fast wifi, along with a balcony. The location was lovely, adjacent to the bar and patio areas, as well as near the RC beachfront resort and the restaurant.

Comfortable rooms with luxurious linens, but sometimes noisy due to unruly children. Additionally, there's a nice outdoor patio to enjoy ☺️.

The room is nicely furnished with a comfortable bed, down pillows, and hypoallergenic pillows, in a great location close to the bar and patio areas with breathtaking views.

The location was great, at a short distance from Olde Florida Golf Club. The restaurant was nice for an early Breakfast here, I had delicious dishes.

The room we had included high-speed internet and a balcony. The location was absolutely perfect on a private area of the beach. Further, it was close enough to the Spring Break beaches of Ft Lauderdale and especially at a Ritz Carlton.

We had a fantastic time during our recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton. The Lemonia restaurant was a standout, with their delicious gluten-free muffins, eggs, and potatoes. We wish we had dined there for two days! The fitness center was top-notch, and we appreciated the opportunity to have a free intro to fitness with the knowledgeable director. The staff, especially Michael at the restaurant, were incredibly polite and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. Despite the hotel being only 35 percent occupied, the grounds were well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere. The free shuttle to the beach resort was a great bonus, allowing us to enjoy the beach and return to a tranquil night at the golf resort. we would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a marvellous and lovely location not far from sparkling lakes for what we wanted it for. There was a beachfront restaurant nearby.

Located in a convenient spot, just a few miles away from the beautiful beach and offering easy access to all the various areas of Naples. The rooms are spacious and cozy with clean patterns and a pristine marble-panelled bathroom. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring a memorable stay. The Club level offers delicious breakfast, snacks, and drinks throughout the day. The resort boasts modern amenities including pools, tennis courts, and a fitness center.

Some guests reported that the spa massage experience was not up to par, with the therapist not providing the requested dry brushing and not asking about preferred pressure or areas of focus.
